Well, most of them at least. I simply get to bring my programming ideas to life for more people each week. One of the most rewarding things is being out in public and someone in the community asks, "who comes up with this stuff?" and I can proudly say me. I love seeing my ideas presented to others on a larger scale. I also utilize a whole new set of skills: speaking publicly, going before city leaders, fundraising, grant writing, marketing, networking, and many other things I'm not even thinking about. It has been a year of immense growth (both personally and professionally), plenty of learning, and fun sprinkled in the mix.
